Welcome to my portfolio.

I am an instructional designer and graphic designer with over 13 years of experience in training design and more than 20 years in visual and graphic design. My work blends instructional clarity with strong visual communication to create training that is effective, engaging, and well-suited to real-world technical environments.

I have led and supported complex training initiatives across constrained platforms, including large-scale content transitions into government SharePoint environments. Most recently, I redesigned and improved more than 100 training products during a platform migration, using the transition as an opportunity to strengthen structure, usability, and learner understanding—rather than performing a simple content conversion.

Clients and employers consistently recognize me for the quality of my work, strong work ethic, and reliability. I set realistic expectations, communicate clearly, and maintain disciplined timelines, resulting in a proven record of delivering high-quality work on time, even when requirements shift.

I value continuous learning, thoughtful collaboration, and feedback-driven improvement. By combining instructional design best practices with modern visual design, I create training materials that are clear, consistent, and genuinely usable.

Below is a selected sample of my instructional and visual design work, representing a small portion of a broader body of projects. Additional examples are available upon request.
